With age, your size and body will certainly not remain the same, and perhaps one of the biggest changes that anyone in us faces is changes in weight, especially waist circumference, fat and accumulated sagging and changes in body shape.

_ Belly fat – the most frustrating problem.

Belly fat is different from any other type of fat accumulated in the body, and it is often known as visceral fat or deep fat, which usually accumulates around the internal organs, the waist and in the abdominal area specifically, forming something like a frame or “rumen”.

_ The causes of the emergence of the rumen.

Causes of fat bulging around the abdomen and waist include the following:

1. Stress.

People often turn to food for comfort when they feel stressed, and cortisol causes extra calories to remain around the abdomen and other areas of the body for later use.

There are some natural foods that have been proven by some studies to have a great role in reducing the accumulation of fat in the abdominal area in particular, and help to get rid of them!

We will mention to you the following, the most famous of them:

1- Curd and rumen treatment.

Yogurt and other fermented dairy products that contain a substance called probiotics.

It is a biostimulating substance, which some research has proven that this substance has an effective role in influencing the accumulation of belly fat, especially and helping to get rid of it, when you stick to eating it in the daily diet.

2- Coconut oil and rumen treatment.

It was found that consuming coconut oil helps increase the speed of energy burning rates and consumption in the body, which contributes to increasing the speed of various metabolism processes and burning fats.

Also, some studies were conducted on the extent of its effect on appetite and controlling it, and it was found that it has an effective role in curbing appetite and getting rid of hunger and thus helping to consume fewer calories during the day when eating it.

3- Green tea and rumen treatment.

Green tea has long been known as a drink to lose weight and lose it, due to its role in accelerating metabolism, but in addition to that, some research has proven that it has a role in reducing the percentage of fat accumulation in the abdominal area, and from this point of view, continuing to drink it may have a role in treating and reducing the rumen.

And do not forget that green tea contains a class of antioxidants that have been associated with increased metabolism and the ability to stimulate fat burning.

4. Whole grains and rumen remedy.

Replacing white bread with brown wheat bread or bread made from flaxseeds or wholegrain oats, and replacing white rice with brown rice, bulgur or grits, will add to your diet large amounts of fiber and the nutritional benefits inherent in the whole grain ingredients and skin.

_ Exercises to remove the rumen.

1. We stand on the hands and the sides of the feet, then bend one foot, press it on the chest, and straighten it again, then exchange movement with the other foot and repeat the exercise for 10 repetitions.

2. This exercise depends on the individual’s ability to balance, and the exercise begins with standing on the left elbow and supporting the feet on the ground, then bending the left knee to the back, stretching the entire body and standing in this position for 30 seconds and relax the body for another 30 seconds, then repeat the movement on the other side.

3. Lie on the back, then bend the knees by 45 degrees, lift the shoulders from the ground until your hands touch the knee, and stay in this position for 30 seconds, then return to the normal position and repeat this exercise 3 times.

4. We remain in the previous exercise position, then put the hands behind the back, raise the feet in the air and move them in the form of a wheel.

5. Stand on the feet in a squatting position and bend the knee by 90 degrees with stability in this position, then raise the left hand to the top, tighten the middle area and switch movement with the other hand, and repeat this movement for 60 seconds.

6. Stand on the feet steadily with the back straight and place the tips of the hand behind the head, then bend the left knee and lift it off the ground, and the right elbow tilts to touch the left knee, and replace the movement with the other foot and repeat for 60 seconds.
