How to prepare.

_ In a bowl, beat the butter with an electric beater, add sugar to it, and constantly beat it to make it fluffy like cream.

_ Add eggs and beat well until the materials merge.

_ In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and cocoa.

_ Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

_ Divide the dough into small balls a little larger than the camel’s eye.

– The balls are spread out on a surface sprinkled with a little flour and concluded in the form of a long cylinder and stacked in a tray (tray) with the work of a heart shape whose edges meet with each other.

_ Spread simit with egg white – shaken with a little water – and sprinkle with crushed pistachios or coarse sugar.

– Bake in an oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.

– When serving, decorate with melted chocolate.
