It is worth noting that the information in the CV should be clear and concise; It includes the individual’s skills, abilities, academic and professional certificates, noting that it represents a means of linking between the person looking for work and employers; It gives an accurate description of the individual, and shows his characteristics and abilities that may be commensurate with the job he may apply for.

The importance of a CV:

-The resume is a marketing tool for the individual in front of hiring managers; Therefore, it must be characterized by persuasion, and effectiveness.

-The CV gives an impression of the personality of the individual who is looking for work; Therefore, it is better to promise them of appropriate quality; To secure a job opportunity.

-A resume is a way in which an individual presents his or her personal information, qualifications, experience, and achievements to the hiring manager and employer.

How to write a job resume:

1- Writing personal data and information

In the beginning, personal data should have the highest priority in writing a CV, and this data such as full name, date of birth, place of residence, address and means of contact that can be contacted on you such as mobile phone numbers and e-mail, and it is preferable to avoid mentioning many redundant and private details Ensure that this item is correct and accurate.

2- Writing academic qualifications

Which you can write the academic qualifications through, and all the academic certificates in the CV, which pertain to the field of specialization in which you want to apply, and these qualifications must be arranged from the most recent to the oldest, the most recent certificate obtained from the university until the oldest certificate with writing the date of obtaining these Certificates or academic qualifications.

3- Writing work experience

The jobs occupied by the individual are mentioned starting from the current job, noting that the jobs are arranged in descending order from newest to oldest; Where the name of the organization, its address, the responsibility that the individual bore, the position he occupied, in addition to the time period are mentioned, and in this item it is preferable not to mention information about previous salaries or bonuses.

4- Writing courses

The names of the courses taken by the individual are mentioned.

5- Skills

The individual refers to the skills that he or she possesses without exaggeration or falsification; They must be real skills; This is because it is easy to discover if it is not, and among these skills: the ability to withstand pressure, and additional burdens.

6- Hobbies

It is the business that a person loves to do.

7- Prizes and discretionary rewards

Mention the awards, or rewards that the individual obtained in the stage of study, or work, or through the activities in which he participated.

8- Volunteer work

It is a non-compulsory clause if the individual has participated in previous voluntary work or activities.
