Lancashire biscuits.

_ Ingredients.

Half a cup of powdered sugar.

Half a cup of margarine.

an egg.

Vanilla.

A cup and a quarter of flour.

Three quarters of a cup of starch.

Half a teaspoon of baking powder.

_For the filling 

   jam. 

  Liquid chocolate.

_ To decoratecoconut.

Pistachio soft.

Pharmisal colors.

Pharmisal pad.

_How to prepare …

-Add the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and a pinch of vanilla and stir well.

-Beat the obesity with powdered sugar well, then add the whole egg, and stir well.

-Add the flour mixture and mix well until it forms an easy dough.

-The dough is formed in the form of small balls, and stacked in a tray and enter the oven at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, until the color is light golden.

-Leave to cool completely, then stuff it with jam, Nutella, or melted chocolate, and stick each 2 together, then decorate the edges with Varmasil or crushed nuts.
