1 cup of milk.
3/4 cup of starch.
1 1/2 bread crumbs.
2/3 cup wheat flour.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 kilo of mozzarella cheese sticks.
Vegetable oil for frying.
_ How to prepare.
Beat the eggs and milk and set aside.
Then, in a separate bowl, combine the garlic and bread crumbs.
In a third bowl we collect the flour and cornstarch.
Dip the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Heat the oil and saute the fingers until golden.
