Purity.

Purity in language:

Purification: specific cleanliness or washing of specific organs in a specific manner, and it varies into ablution, washing, bathing, and the like.

Purification: Purification with water is one of the conditions for performing the prayer.

As for the legal meaning of purity:

The event rises with permissible pure water or dust, and the removal of impurity and filth, for purity is the disappearance of the characteristic standing in the body that prevents prayer and the like.

Purity is of two types: moral and sensual:

The first type: the inner moral purity:Purity from polytheism and sin, and it is by monotheism and righteous deeds, and it is more important than the purification of the body, rather the purity of the body cannot be established with the presence of the unclean polytheism.

{The polytheists are unclean}And the Prophet – may God bless him and grant him peace – said: ((A believer is not impure))

The second type: sensual purity: which is purity from events and impurity, and this is the second part of faith. The Prophet – may God bless him and grant him peace – said: ((Purification is the part of faith)). And be what is prescribedGod from ablution, washing, or ablution when water is lost.

Purification with water is the origin, so every water that came down from the sky or came out from the earth while remaining on the basis of its creation is pure, purifies from events and evils, even if its taste, color, or smell changes with something pure.

Water and its divisions:

1_ Section One Absolute Water:And his ruling is that it is purified, meaning that he is pure in himself that is purified for others, and it includes the following types:

1- Water from rain, snow, and hail, because God Almighty says: “And He descends upon you from the sky water to purify you with it}

2- Sea water because of the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: A man asked the Messenger of God, and he said, O Messenger of God, we ride the sea and carry a little water with us. The Messenger of God said: “Purification is the water of the solution, its dead.” Narrated by the five

3- Zamzam water when narrated from the hadith of Ali, may God be pleased with him: “The Messenger of God ﷺ called for a log of Zamzam water, so he drank from it and performed ablution.” Narrated by Ahmad.

4- Water that changes as long as it resides, because of its location, or by mixing with what it is often not separated fromLike moss and tree leavesThe name of the absolute water is addressed by the consensus of scholars.

2_ The second section is water usedIt is separated from the members of the ablution and the ablution, and the ruling is that it is purified as absolute water, whether with regard to the original as it was pure

And for the hadith of Rabi`, Bint Muawadh, describing the ablution of the Messenger of God she said: “He wiped his head with what was left of the ablution in his hands.” Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawud

Abu Dawood pronounced: “The Messenger of God wiped his head from the bounty of water he had in his hand.”

The third section is the water that is mixed with pure water.

Such as soap, saffron, flour, and other things that are often avoidedAnd his ruling is that he is purified as long as he preserves the release, and if he stops releasing it so that he does not take the name Absolute Water, he is pure in himself, not purifying others.

On the authority of Umm Attiyah al-Ansariyyah, she said: “The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, entered upon us when his daughter died, and said: Wash her three times, five, or more than that – if you see that – with water and cedar, and put in the last camphor – or something of camphor – when you are empty So he gave me his ears, when we finished. He gave us his rights. And he said, “Feel it.”

It was narrated by the group and the dead person is not washed except with what is valid for the cleansing of the living.

4_ The fourth section: water that the impurity has met

And it has two cases:

The first: that the impurity changes its taste, color, or smell, and in this case it is not permissible to purify with it according to consensus. This was reported by Ibn al-Mundhir and Ibn al-Muqallen.

The second: That the water remains unchanged by not changing one of its three descriptions and its ruling that it is pure and disinfected. Say or a lot. The evidence for this is the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, who said: “A Bedouin rose up in the mosque. His urine is a record of water or sins of water; Rather, you send facilitators and you do not send insolvent people. “Narrated by the group, except by a Muslim.
