Sitting all day can be dangerous to one’s health as smoking, drinking or eating excessively.
Whether for work, watching TV, a computer screen, or reading, sitting for at least eight hours a day can increase people’s risk of developing heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
Doing exercise or physical activity for an hour a day (which can be broken down into small parts) greatly reduces the costs and risks of death.

Symptoms of lethargy.
There are some symptoms that a person feels lethargic, and they usually include the following:
1. Feeling of fatigue and exhaustion:
meaning the feeling of general weakness in all parts of the body.
2. Yellowing of the skin:
the appearance of fatigue on the face, with blackness under the eyes.
3. The body is constantly sweating:
even with little effort or physical activity.
4. Sleep addiction:
As a person with pathological lethargy tends to sleep for long periods, and continue to feel tired even after waking up.
5. Bad psychological state:
The more a person feels that he is lazy and cannot move, the worse his psychological state will be and he prefers to avoid contact with people or achieve achievements in life.
Effective ways to overcome laziness.
1. Focus on only a few things at a time.
We often create a large list of things we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less tired. Instead, you will feel motivated because your goals will now appear more achievable.
2. Playing sports .
Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. Many times, we feel lazy because completing a task seems so difficult. With exercise, you don’t have to discover anything. You just have to make that big decision to literally start moving your body (jumping up and down, or going for a run).
3. Give yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy.
All too often, we become lazy because the task seems so difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel good. When we feel satisfied, we are more ready to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things.By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, think, and feel inspired.
4. Be organized.
Your surroundings have a huge impact on how you feel. If your home is a mess, you likely feel more tired – because clutter creates a sense of clutter and because having to clean your home adds to your huge list of things you can do in a ridiculously short period of time.
Clean up your home and organize your surroundings, and you will naturally feel motivated to be more productive and energetic.
Treatment for laziness.
Reduce the amount of caffeine you drink and drink lots of water.
▪️ Follow a healthy diet that prevents you from gaining or even losing weight.
▪️ Take time for yourself, try yoga and meditation.
▪️ Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
▪️ Always reward yourself.
▪️ Always remember that surrounding yourself with non-lazy and productive people will motivate you to treat laziness and achieve whatever you want!
